why do i feel like i hate malay language so much?
why is it that i cant control my bladder anytime i like?
it's so irritating when you're trying hard to think of a nice sentence to write for your malay compo when you have the urge to pee.
that was what happened during my math paper2 too.
i just HAD to pee.
wrong timing.

gahh.

there's school tomorrow.
and the next day after tomorrow
and the next
until 2 weeks are over.

i wonder how people in 'zaman purba' (olden days) can have NO REMEDIALS yet do SO WELL without removing certain stuff from their syllabus! people these days, have so many stuff removed from the syllabus and are given A LOT of remedials, yet they dont seem to do as well. and there are too many people getting degrees, yet they still accept many many foreigners ie students on scholarships and REJECT singaporeans who kind of did well for their 'A' levels.

i shall stop this irrelavny ranting.
i just saw naufal.

hello everyone.
excuse me, but today i am going to update in malay.
in fact, since i cant help being online and doing nonsensical things (ie nothing), might as well do something productive.

Sebelum saya membingungkan sesiapa yang bukan berbangsa Melayu, saya telah menaip dalam bahasa Inggeris terlebih dahulu. Saya sedang mencari soalan contoh untuk menulis karangan. Saya akan jadikan ini sebagai latihan sebelum saya menduduki peperiksaan peringkat 'O' saya. (:

Baiklah, saya telah terjumpa satu soalan untuk dibuat. Saya tahu Bahasa saya bukanlah sebaik sesetengah rakan-rakan saya, tetapi saya akan cuba. hehehe...

Keheningan malam yang bersalutkan bintang-bintang bergemerlapan di langit hitam membuat aku terasa kesepian. Bayu dingin mula berhembusan, menerobos kasar menampar-nampar pipiku. Dengan langkah yang lemah, aku menuju ke arah jendela untuk menutupnya. Aku menerawang jauh apabila aku sampai ke jendelaku. Aku meletakkan tanganku sambil mendagu di atas tingkap. Fikiranku mengimbas kembali kenangan silam sewaktu aku muda dan cergas dahulu. Aku adalah seorang yang berpangkat tinggi dan berpendapatan tinggi. Aku juga selaku payung bagi rumah tanggaku. Kini, semuanya telah berubah.

Harta-harta dan kemawahanku terpupus apabila aku dihidapi penyakit buah pinggang. Aku tidak boleh lagi menghadiri mesyuarat-mesyuarat penting di tempat kerjaku dan terpaksa meletak jawatan supaya aku boleh pergi rawatan dialasis yang harus dilangsungkan selama tiga hari seminggu. Kos perbelanjaan bagi rawatan aku bagaikan besar pasak dari tiang.(?) Wang simpananku habis dijilat bagi menampungkan rawatanku itu. Aku juga harus membiayai persekolahan anak-anakku di luar negeri. Jikalau aku tahu aku akan dihidapi masalah kewangan, aku tidak akan hantar mereka ke luar negeri. Semenjak aku berhenti bekerja, kemelut kehidupan berliku seolah onak dan duri. Pelbagai ancaman dan cubaan yang telah aku cuba mengatasi.

Renunganku tersentak apabila isteriku menepuk bahuku.

"Hai Abang, termenung jauh?" usik isteriku, Zawiyah.

"Tidaklah, hanya berfikir sahaja," aku balas.




okay i dont want to continue anymore because i want to sleep. i guess it can be that boring.

begitu membosankan yah menulis cerpen yang tidak menjadi?

got back my results yesterday..

english p2 - 13/50
total: 50/110
after moderation - 51.3% (: C6

malay p1 - 29/70
malay p2 - 40/70
total - 49.3% D7

emath p1 - 62/80
emath p2 - 59/100
total - 67.2% B3

amath - 43/80, 53.75% C6 (well, only about 14 pple passed. so, phew!)

chem - 57/85 B3
phy - 58/85 B3 (FIRST TIME!!:D )
comb sci - 67.6%

ss - 20/50
humanities - 48% D7

biology - 78/120, 65%!! B3 (the best ive done for a big exam. haha)

well those are just the papers.
overall, the results are like this:

the BIG malay exam is coming..

i hope i dont have to retake because i told myself if i get anything less than an A1, ill retake. hah, REALLY, even an A2. and i dont think the 5 free periods would be useful if i decided not to retake malay if i got an A2 or less. i KNOW i wont be using it wisely, might as well go for malay lessons. what if im one point short to go to a certain instituition that i really want? what if nov paper is easier than the june paper? so i dont mind retaking malay if i got an A2. not that i am confident ill get anything near there. who knows right? heheh.. but of course, i would wish to get an A1. who wouldnt? hah.



hmmmm... had CCA phototaking sessions today. everyone was practically everywhere because everyone was needed for their own CCA phototaking. besides that, nothing much really happened i think.

played badminton with hayati just now. it was tiring! haha. im gonna ZAP my fats later on with uZap! hahahaha. ok im so stinky now. need to bathe.

first thing i did when i reached PS was.. buy onions and ikan bilis cubes. i think i must have looked really blur because i didnt really know where to look for those stuff. while searching for my sister's Milo, cheryl called. and i was holding the carrefour basket on my left hand, with one earpiece plugged on to my left ear and holding my handphone with my right hand to my right ear. it made me seem so lost. hah.

so we walked around.
we searched for stuff.
we ate at pizza hut!
HAHA.
we crapped a lot of crap man that every single pizza flew out of our mouths.
ok exaggerating.


i remembered i brought my camera only AFTER we finished eating.





we went to carrefour again and guess what we saw?

i was halfway through blogging when i had to bloody shut the window down due to some faults.
maybe it's a blessing in disguise because i am not gonna type out the starting of what i had written previously. it's just my expectations on the grades i'll probably get for mid yr's.
boring matters aside.

i have a thought.
why do malay aunties call their daughters/nieces anak dara. isnt anak dara a virgin when translated to english? at least that's what i think so. hahaha

typical scenario: at a wedding

Distant female relatives meet each other at their cousin's daughter's uncle's grandaughter's mother's wedding. They wave excitedly at each other with broad smiles across their heavily made up face. They shake hands and see each other's daughters whom they have not seen for centuries.

"eh eh.. dah besar anak dara awak... (oh my how your virgin has grown!), "Relative X exclaims.

Relative Y laughed hysterically, "awak punye anak dara ape kurangnye? (your virgin also no difference)"

Relative X's and Y's daughters forced a smile. What can they do? They are virgins and their mothers are proud of that. (:

the indian family living in front of my block is celebrating some kind of joyful religious festival.
so, i decided to take a break from studying, which i havent really started today...
the noise is just so overbearing that it sounds like this

Alhamdulillah!
history and biology papers are over.
well, at least for now. there's still O levels.
they had been haunting me.
haha.

i am thankful to God for allowing me to sit for the papers and do them.
i hope i will not fail anything, duh.
i am also thankful that the questions i did for bio CAME OUT!
not all though.
i'm in a dilemma...

should i ...

1) check the answers for the questions that came out for bio whether i got it right or wrong. if i got it right, REJOICE. if wrong, how?!? i'm certain i'd dwell on it even though i know i should very well LEARN from the mistakes... at least i can expect how my results would be like..

2) not check at all. wait for the results.

hmmm.. hmmm... hmmm???

hah.

omg, on mtv, they're showing MTV Jammed. it's so cool how they held a surprise concert by RHCP for the skaters in the skatepark!


ahhh.. two more papers to go! e.math paper2 and PHYSICS.
